I grew up a child of diplomats, moving to different cities around the world every few years and being exposed to many cultures and languages.
I’ve been drawing and sculpting since as long as I can remember. I grew up in a tiny town in Tennessee and didn’t know until I was ready to start college that people could go to school to study art! So, that’s what I did.
I met Jason at UF while we were earning our degrees in architecture. We graduated in 1999 and moved to Atlanta to pursue our design careers.
My passion for the environment and sustainable energy began in college and through my many outdoor adventures: hiking the Appalachian Trail, volunteering in the backcountry in Alaska, and directing an outdoor adventure camp for at-risk youth to name a few.
